Have you ever wanted to extend the bounty into the winter? Learn the basics of canning at this workshop.  All materials will be supplied and you’ll leave with a few jars of canned tomatoes, the confidence needed to tackle a future canning project on your own in your own kitchen and a list of basic supplies needed to facilitate the process.

About Christine

Christine is a homesteader striving to meet her family’s food needs from their garden. She lives off grid therefore her freezer is small and she cans and dehydrates a lot of food to get through the year. She always experiments with  something new in the garden.  This year it’s ginger in the greenhouse!
