Consumer Refund Policy

Please carefully read through our refund policy. This policy was put in place to ensure fair treatment to consumers, producers and staff. The Consumer Refund Policy is subject to future revisions and adoption by the Board or Staff of Eat Local Grey Bruce. 

To report an undelivered order, please refer to our Undelivered Order Policy.

All other issues regarding orders can be submitted through our online form. Pictures may be requested for quality issues.

  1. Quality issues must be reported within three days of delivery for delicate greens and one week for all other items.
  2. Missing items or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of the order delivery date.
  3. Eat Local Grey Bruce reserves the right to deliver to the nearest pickup location if a home address does not fall within our delivery region. Please verify your home delivery before your first order.
  4. Memberships are non-refundable.

The following events do NOT warrant a refund:

  • Order was not picked up during the specified pickup window.
  • A request for an order cancelation AFTER the shopping period ends.
  • Order was delivered to a side or front door that was not specified by member.
  • Member resides outside our delivery region and did not verify the address prior to placing the order.
