Learn about processing strawberry freezer jam, rhubarb sauce and kombucha.

Materials such as produce and containers will be provided, and come from Eat local producers, whenever possible. These will be hands on workshops so be prepared to do the work under direction and have something to take home with you. Food safety and shelf life will be covered.
